What happens after my free assessment?
You'll see your Big Five personality scores immediately. Your profile shows 5 of 19 possible dimensions: upgrade to Topos+ to map the remaining 14 with additional instruments.
How does the Topos Team trial work?
Create a team and get full access to team analytics for 14 days, no credit card required. Topos Team subscriptions require a minimum of 5 seats; you can use the trial to onboard your team before deciding to subscribe.
Why a 5-seat minimum on Topos Team?
Team analytics are built on the geometry of the whole team, and below five members that geometry degenerates: with three, bridge scores are zero by construction. Smaller groups would be paying for outputs we don't trust, so we don't sell them. If you're a team of fewer than 5, individual Topos+ subscriptions are the right path.
Are these prices including VAT?
Listed prices are excluding VAT. VAT is added at checkout based on your billing location: Norwegian and EU B2C customers will see VAT applied at their local rate; EU B2B with a VAT number gets reverse-charge; non-EU customers are charged no VAT.
What's included in Topos Team that isn't in Topos+?
Topos Team adds topological data analysis: Cognitive Diversity Index, personality space coverage mapping, bridge connector identification, and resilience metrics. Topos+ members in a Topos Team get their individual features covered by the team subscription.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime and your access continues until the end of your billing period. Cancelling doesn't delete anything: your results stay in your account and exportable, and deletion remains your choice under GDPR.
What's the difference between the Topos Team subscription and an engagement?
The Topos Team subscription is self-serve software: €29/seat/month for the assessment suite, team analytics, and reports, run by you. An engagement adds our practitioners: we administer the assessments, interpret the topology with you, and can facilitate workshops. Every engagement includes Topos Team platform access for the duration, for all participants; when it ends, you keep your results and can continue on a Topos Team subscription.
