Essays & method
Paideia (παιδεία: "the formation of a person through education") names what this branch is for. Knowledge shared in the open, in whatever form it takes: essays, conversations, recordings, books. The aim is the old one: formation, not just information.
In preparation
The first three essays are written and in final preparation:

Methodology
Six validated instruments. One topology of your team.
Peer-reviewed psychometrics (BFI-2, HEXACO-60, IPIP-NEO-120, ECR-R, PERMA, and Ryff PWB) feed a pipeline that ends in Topological Data Analysis: a coverage map of the team's personality space, the bridges that hold its clusters together, and a resilience read on what a single departure would change. Deterministic, reproducible, benchmarked: the sample team report is real engine output, and we say plainly what the method can't see.
