What happens after my free assessment?
You'll see your Big Five personality scores immediately. Your profile shows 5 of 24 possible dimensions — upgrade to Pro to map the remaining 19 with additional instruments.
How does the Team trial work?
Create a team and get full access to team analytics for 14 days — no credit card required. Team subscriptions require a minimum of 5 seats; you can use the trial to onboard your team before deciding to subscribe.
Why a 5-seat minimum on Team?
Topological team analytics (CDI, coverage maps, bridge scores) only become statistically meaningful with at least 5 distinct personality vectors in the input. Smaller teams will see noisy or trivial outputs that aren't worth charging for. If you're a team of fewer than 5, individual Pro subscriptions are the right path.
Are these prices including VAT?
Listed prices are excluding VAT. VAT is added at checkout based on your billing location — Norwegian and EU B2C customers will see VAT applied at their local rate; EU B2B with a VAT number gets reverse-charge; non-EU customers are charged no VAT.
What's included in Team that isn't in Pro?
Team adds topological data analysis: Cognitive Diversity Index, personality space coverage mapping, bridge connector identification, and resilience metrics. Pro members in a Team get their individual features covered by the team subscription.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime and your access continues until the end of your billing period. Your assessment results are yours forever — we never delete your data due to cancellation.
What is Enterprise?
Enterprise is a custom engagement tailored to your organization — practitioner-guided interpretation, coaching, workshops, and access to clinical-grade instruments including PID-5-BF (administered only with professional oversight).
