Frequently asked
- How long does an engagement take?
- Pulse runs in 1 week, the standard Diagnostic in 3 weeks, Diagnostic + Workshop in 4–5 weeks. Most of the calendar time is members completing assessments at their own pace; analysis + readout sit at the end.
- How is this different from Predictive Index, Hogan, or Culture Amp?
- Those tools describe individuals (PI, Hogan) or measure sentiment (Culture Amp). We map the team-level structural picture: where coverage is strong, where it has blind spots, which members hold cross-functional bridges together. The output is a topology of the team, not a stack of profiles.
- How is the data handled?
- All processing happens in the EU (Neon Frankfurt for storage, Render Frankfurt for compute). Members consent at the point of assessment; raw responses are deletable on request. The final report ships under NDA. See the privacy policy for the GDPR Article 30 detail.
- What if a team member doesn’t want to participate?
- Participation is voluntary. The topology stays meaningful from roughly 75% leadership completion — we’ll flag if a specific gap matters and offer the opt-out member a conversation about what they’d want different before re-considering.
- What happens after the readout?
- The findings are yours. We retain on an advisory basis for ongoing interpretation and a re-diagnostic at the 6-month mark when that helps; we’re also happy to hand off cleanly. No lock-in.
